The conventional thermos bottle, a passive vessel for temperature maintenance, has remained largely unchanged for over a century. In an era of interconnected health and wellness technologies, this presents a significant opportunity for innovation. This paper introduces the design concept for an Intelligent Thermos, a smart hydration system engineered to bridge the gap between simple fluid containment and proactive personal health management. The design integrates a suite of embedded technologies, including a high-precision thermistor, an ultrasonic fluid level sensor, and a cap-integrated UV-C LED for self-sterilization, all governed by a low-power microcontroller with Bluetooth connectivity. Key functionalities include a real-time temperature display on an OLED cap, personalized hydration tracking synced with a companion mobile application, and customizable reminders to encourage consistent water intake. Furthermore, the integrated sterilization system ensures microbial purity, addressing growing consumer concerns about hygiene. The resulting design transforms a ubiquitous everyday object into an active participant in the user's health journey, demonstrating how Sensor/AI/Internet of Things (IoT) principles can be seamlessly applied to enhance daily routines, promote wellness, and redefine the user's relationship with a fundamental necessity: hydration.
