Understanding Sexual Harassment at Workplace and Its Redressal

Abstract

The goal of enshrining Fundamental Rights in the Indian Constitution is to protect them from government change. The right to life and liberty is protected by Article 21 of the Indian Constitution, which is regarded the heart and soul of the Indian Constitution. The Supreme Court of India has employed Article 21 in a highly creative and successful way to ensure that people have a better quality of life.
