During COVID-19, just like medical and emergency medical staff, library professionals also need to be ready, to provide the best possible service to students, teachers, researchers and other readers, because reading is a powerful tool, not only does it develop literacy, but it also has the capacity to think differently about the world we live in. But in the face of our new reality, reading is a powerful tool. Libraries needed to foster a new vision of making all services and information ubiquitous and flexible, regardless of geographic limitations or time and space challenges. The purpose of this paper is to understand various libraries, learn from the Pandemic and transform the change in library and library services. This study highlights Pandemic period moment is an organizing opportunity, for every library professionals to change the library.
