The present study aims to assess employment dynamics in the LIS field, focusing on the relationship between professional experience and designation, perceptions of job security, and the perceived impact of external factors such as government policies, budget constraints, and technological changes. A well-structured questionnaire has been used for data collection in both online and offline modes using purposive sampling. A sample size of 100 [M1] has been taken who are working in the University Library of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow; Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi; Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth, Varanasi; and the University of Lucknow, Lucknow. And, out of which, 63 respondents are given responses through a printed questionnaire/Google Form. Further, the analysis was made on the basis of collected data.
