Abstract

Error function occurs frequently in probability, statistics, physics and many engineering problems like heat conduction problems, vibrating beams problems etc. In this article, we use Laplace transform for solving improper integrals whose integrand consisting error function. In application section, some numerical applications are given to explain the procedure of solving improper integrals whose integrand consisting error function using Laplace transform.
