The automotiveindustries are running faster due to opposition in the world of productionand automation. Hence, each and every portion of vehicle is to bemanufactured with accuracy in given time. Silencer is an important partof exhaust system of vehicle; therefore, its every component shouldbe manufactured with accuracy. The unbending of pipe cast-off forbike silencer is an important piece for refining structural reliability andimprove emission presentation and acoustic enactment. The torquehead is twist eliminating and straightening appliance. The conservativestraightening machine has 3-4 arrays of roller and bulky in size which isnot expedient for mounting of straightening machine. Correspondinglyfor specific diameter of pipe to be artificial, a separate straighteningmachine is obligatory. The torque head overwhelms the overheadstated problems in which it kinds the machine portable and decreasesthe wastage of time during installing, hence improves the productivity.Also the project can be fitted in physically operated as well as automaticlines. The full length contact of rollers with work piece straightens itas well as gives better surface.
