There are many factors that contribute to well-being, and they are beyond just having material wealth, including self-awareness, inner harmony, meaningful relationship and a meaningful way of life. This research investigates the connections between self-exploration, mindfulness, human consciousness and holistic wellbeing and suggests a holistic model of research using the self-exploration → mindfulness → human consciousness → holistic wellbeing path. The research was descriptive type and analytical approach. Primary data obtained were structured questionnaires taken via Google Forms and direct contact, out of 280 questionnaires sent 136 valid questionnaires were received. All four constructs had good scale internal consistency, according to reliability analysis, with Cronbach's alpha values ranging from 0.881 to 0.900. Regression analysis was used to examine the hypotheses. The findings demonstrated that human consciousness significantly influences holistic well-being (R = 0.641, R² = 0.411, p < 0.001), self-exploration significantly and favorably affects mindfulness (R = 0.617, R² = 0.380, p < 0.001), and mindfulness significantly influences human consciousness (R = 0.634, R² = 0.402, p < 0.001).There was also a statistically significant integrated model (R = 0.661, R² = 0.436, Adjusted R² = 0.424, p < 0.001) which accounted for 43.6% of the variance in holistic well-being. The results validate all four alternative hypothesis and show that there are significant links between self-exploration, mindfulness and human consciousness and holistic well-being. The proposed model offers a conceptual and empirical perspective on the potential role of inner awareness and conscious development in the overall well-being
