Abstract

Digital technology heavily influences daily life, but overusing it can harm concentration, mental peace, self-reflection, and general well-being. To build a healthier relationship with technology, digital minimalism advocates for the deliberate and meaningful use of electronic devices. The investigation, titled “Digital Minimalism and Spiritual Well-being in the Digital Age: A Study Across Age Groups,” explores how digital habits and minimalist practices correlate with spiritual health among various age demographics. This cross-sectional, quantitative study will gather data via a structured online survey. The survey will evaluate smartphone habits, screen-free activities, intentional device breaks, and individual perceptions of screen time, alongside spiritual factors like inner peace, purpose, self-reflection, and personal connectedness. Descriptive and inferential statistics will then be applied to analyze the data and detect generational variations. Ultimately, the research aims to uncover how mindful digital consumption can enhance spiritual well-being and foster a balanced lifestyle.
