Abstract

The paper emphasizes the importance of studying academic administration to address this deficiency and contribute to the advancement of developing nations.
The case study of Suresh Gyan Vihar University, established in 2008, provides insights into the institution’s rapid growth and reputation for quality leadership. The university’s success is attributed to strategic approaches, including a clear articulation and communication of its vision and mission. The iterative development of these foundational elements involves active participation from diverse stakeholders, fostering a shared sense of purpose and adaptability to evolving needs.
The vision, mission, and values of the university underscore its commitment to sustainability, ethics, and industry-relevant education.
