Abstract

This review aims to explore the potential impact of digital libraries on academic performance in higher education institutions (HIEs) within Mathura district, Uttar Pradesh. With a focus on 53 identified institutions, the study intends to analyze existing literature to understand usage patterns, user satisfaction, and challenges in integrating digital resources into the academic framework. The review will assess how digital library adoption may correlate with academic excellence, drawing on established studies and theoretical frameworks. Additionally, it will address the limitations in current digital infrastructure and suggest best practices for enhancing digital library access and effectiveness in academic settings. This paper will offer recommendations to help institutions in Mathura optimize the use of digital libraries to support academic success, providing a valuable resource for educators and policymakers as they work towards improving educational outcomes in the region.
