A Dual Band Textile Antenna for C Band & X Band Frequency Applications
Abstract
In this planned paper, a dual band antenna is fabricated using a textile wearable material (Jeans) as a substrate. The dielectric constant and thickness of the substrate material are 1.7 and 1mm respectively. The proposed antenna is designed and simulated with the help of CST software for our desired frequency range in C and X band applications. The design is achieved with many iteration processes for desired results. The antenna design is tested at frequency 4.632 GHz and 8.412 GHz that provides directivity 3.087dB and 4.512dB respectively by 3-D radiation pattern.
