Abstract

In this paper, an attempt has been made to review research studies on the application of Electronic Health Records (EHR) in the field of medicine. What large amounts of data of patients are being handled and how technology can help them in managing this huge amount of data was presented in this paper. This article explores the application of EHR and how it is beneficial for us in many ways. There are many challenges in the adoption of such technologies, we have also studied the same and suggested an adaptation technique that might be worth considering.
