Design and Analysis of 2x1 and 4x1 Rectangular Microstrip Patch Array Antenna for 5G C-Band Access Point Applications

The microstrip antennas are most preferred antennas for the present trend of applications in wireless communication. The characteristics like light weight, easy to fabricate, low profile, planar structures make them beneficial as compared to other type of antennas. The electromagnetic parameters such as gain, radiation pattern, impedance, polarization and cheaper in cost are main key features of microstrip antennas. This paper represents design and analysis of single element, 2x1 and 4x1 rectangular microstrip patch antenna array operating in 3.4 GHz to 3.6 GHz for 5G C-Band access point applications. The rectangular patch antenna array designed will be feed with microstrip feeding technique in the proposed deign. The proposed microstrip antenna array designed with low profile and simple structure is good candidate operating in 3.4 GHz to 3.6 GHz for 5G C-Band access point applications.
