Abstract

This research aims to investigate the Analyzing the gap between expectations and reality regarding LG’s products in the Ahmedabad city conducted by LG Electronics. with the rapid growth of the electronics industry. The study focuses specifically on LG Electronics in Ahmedabad.To achieve the research objective, a survey questionnaire will be administered to a sample of the electronic industry working in various electronic companies in Ahmedabad. Data collected from the survey will be Analyzing the customer satisfaction gap regarding LG’s products. This research identifies the literature review on expected and actual customer satisfaction regarding LG’s products.
